A typical London Victorian terraced house top floor flat was completely remodelled after removing the pitched roof and replacing it with a half mansard and dormer. Open plan living accommodation was then placed on the new top floor which was light and airy with views over neighbouring rooftops. This allowed the floor below to be converted for two bedrooms and a new larger bathroom.
