This is a friendly discussion which happens over a video call. Our architect gets to know you and your design aspirations. We touch on planning permission, budget and timelines to get a steer on the project. You get a taste of our design process and learn about the next steps in making your design a reality.

We visit your site to meet you in person and get a deeper understanding of the task at hand. Seeing the site in person enables us to preempt planning obstacles but more importantly allows us to fully understand your goals and how we can design the space to elevate your lifestyle. From this visit, we produce a project document that summarises everything you desire from the build and considerations moving forward. This step in the process is charged for.

Now we’re at the point where you officially become a Burnford Architecture client. You get signed up and we agree the initial timeline of activity. Our process is modular and each stage is agreed and billed as we go so you’re never committing to a huge design project with unclear deliverables or prices.
